Permanent jewelry is a custom fit, clasp-free chain that is welded directly on to your body. It is meant to stay on your body continuously and can be used as a symbol of lasting love, friendship or personal milestones.

At the beginning of your appointment, your PJ artist will show you the different chain styles and metals we offer. Once you select the chain, you also have the option of adding charms and connectors to further personalize your jewelry.

After the chain, charms and connectors are selected, the PJ artist will size the bracelet, anklet, necklace, or other jewelry to ensure a custom fit just for you. At this time, you will have the option to adjust the size to ensure your optimal comfort with the piece. When you are happy with the size, a jump ring will be added and you will have one more opportunity to adjust the size as needed. Remember: this is a custom experience just for you. Please tell us if you want to change anything.

Once you are satisfied with the size, charms and connector placements and the jump ring has been added, your PJ artist will instruct you to put on the protective eyewear that we provide to make sure that your eyes are not hurt during the welding process. A tiny weld will be placed on the jump ring. Once the weld is inspected, cleaned and tested to ensure that it is complete, your permanent jewelry piece is done.

While it is marketed as permanent, it can be removed if needed for medical procedures, or if you would like to change it out. You will just need to cut the weld. If you are not comfortable removing it yourself, please contact us to set up a time to have us remove it for you. We will also re-weld any pieces free of charge for life.

We also offer custom pieces with clasps for those who want the option of creating a custom piece with the ability to change and remove it as often as you would like.
